What is the Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller so you must contact and/or consult the original sellers terms for returns individually.

Items with FREE Return Shipping

The following items usually include a free return shipping method.

  • Shoes
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Watches (except those available in Sports & Outdoors)

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you should return huge or bulky item that has been delivered by way of a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will guide you through the returns process and will require that you contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that your return and refund are processed correctly.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, you cannot cancel that request until after the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
